| Our product knowledge and application experience is very broad, so whether you’re visiting our Auckland showroom or connecting across the world via Metermaster’s web support facility, you’ll find we’re well equipped to assist with your product selection. | In ongoing support of the many companies and organisations using our thermometers and accessories in food related health and safety applications, Metermaster runs practical user training seminars and workshops throughout the country. These 60 ~ 90 minute technical presentations offer basic theory as well as practical temperature measurement advice, simplifying and removing the mystery and misconceptions from this potentially complex science. |
In New Zealand and internationally, Metermaster offers on-site system installation and (thermal) calibration services |
After Sales Support and Service We pride ourselves in being able to provide local application advice and support for the products we sell. All of our products are covered by a 12 month warranty and should the need arise, our Auckland facility stocks a full library of service documentation and a comprehensive range of spare parts. After sales service of Metermaster products has always been and will continue to be, a cornerstone of our strength.

Thermal Calibration Metermaster‘s calibration service was set up initially to support the growing number of customers using our thermometers and temperature logging systems. This service has now been extended to include all brands of thermometers and to recalibration reminder notices.
Calibration of handheld products is carried out in our Auckland facility but for fixed thermal monitoring and control systems our engineers take their calibration equipment to site. The range of our traceable calibration service is -10 ~ 122°C for probe inclusive calibration and -270 ~ 1370°C for thermocouple input-only calibration. |
