Thermal shock causes measurement errors when an infrared thermometer is moved from a warm environment to a cold
one, such as into a supermarket chiller. In busy stores, food safety staff just haven‘t got time to wait
for their thermometers to stabilise. The Anti-Thermal Shock technology in Metermaster‘s reduces the thermal
shock error to less than half that of other instruments. |
