| The Metermaster SDT25 has everything we’ve been looking
for in a food safety thermometer. Auto power off saves forever
changing batteries - its water resistant, so waterproof pouches
are no longer necessary. User training is easy as there is only
one button to turn on & off and the thermocouple connection is
out of the way at the top of the instrument. Less strain on the
probe connection/cable means less breakages but all your
existing K-type thermocouple probes (the most Common in the
NZ food industry) are compatible with the 25.
